Spiced Pumpkin Coffee Creamer

Spiced Pumpkin Pie Coffee Creamer

1 1/2 cup of heavy cream or half & half (divided)
1/2 cup pumpkin puree 
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
dash of pumpkin spice
1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk (more or less for desired sweetness)
Combine 1/2 cup heavy cream, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, allapice, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice in medium saucepan. Do not boil! Simmer over low heat stirring constantly for about ten minutes. Remove from heat and cool entirely.

Once completely cooled, whisk in the rest of the heavy cream and the sweetened condensed milk. Pour into mason jars and refrigerate! And remember to shake well before using!
